Taking place on Friday, January 9, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 10:30 PM, this exclusive one-night-only collaboration promises to showcase the very best of Indonesian cuisine with a contemporary, sophisticated twist.

The culinary journey concludes with an Es Doger Inspired Cake, a nostalgic tribute to Indonesia's beloved dessert. Delicate coconut sponge layers embrace avocado cream, jackfruit, and young coconut, finished with palm sugar glaze and condensed milk essence—a sweet finale that honors heritage while embracing modern pastry techniques.
