  • What drinks are included in the free-flow package? Complimentary free-flow beverages are available at the pool bar daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The selection includes local beers (Singaraja Pilsner and Prost Lager), a range of cocktails (Cuba Libre, Blue Lagoon, Illusion, Mojito, Piña Colada, Margarita, Tequila. Sunrise, Screwdriver, Gin & Tonic, and Whisky Sour), house wines, juices, soft drinks, and non-alcoholic refreshments.
  • Is coffee included at the pool bar? Coffee is not part of the free-flow package. The pool bar offers selected beers, cocktails, wines, juices, and soft drinks only.
  • Is Bintang beer included? Bintang is not included. The package covers Singaraja Pilsner and Prost Lager.
  • What meals are included each day? The package includes daily breakfast (buffet), one lunch per person per day, and one dinner per person per day. Lunch and dinner each include one main course from our package menu.
  • What does the breakfast buffet include? Breakfast is served daily from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM as an all-you-can-eat buffet. It features a juice station, salad, cheese, yoghurt & cold cuts, fresh fruit, hot dishes, cereals, pastries & bakery, pancakes & waffles, an Indonesian station, and an Indian station.
  • Can I order from the full restaurant menu for lunch and dinner? Lunch and dinner are each one main course selected from our dedicated package menu . This is a curated set of dishes, separate from the full à la carte menu.

  • Where can I enjoy my meals? Free-flow drinks are available at the pool bar. A kids' eat free option is available at Palms Restaurant, where children must order from the kids' eat free menu.
  • Can I order meals every time I visit the restaurant? The inclusion covers one lunch and one dinner per person per day. Additional orders beyond this are not included in the package.
  • Are there dietary or allergy accommodations? Guests with documented allergies or dietary requirements (such as gluten intolerance) are encouraged to speak with our team prior to or upon arrival so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • Do children have their own menu? Yes. A kids' eat free menu is available at Palms Restaurant. Children must order from this dedicated menu.
